Getting started

For most products/services we offer, getting started is a three step process:

A special note about Name Badges

Unlike our other products and services, name badges are offered on a fixed price basis. (All other products and services must complete the 3 step process outlined below). You can find details on name badge prices and features on the relevant product page. From there, you can:

  • Either place an order directly, or use the quote form to confirm a total cost before placing your order.
  • Download a spreadsheet at time of ordering which you should use to provide the details you want on your badges
  • After an order is placed, please forward your artwork by email.
  • Note that production cannot start until your artwork is approved and payment made.

Step 1: Specify requirements and get a quote

Step 1 is to specify your requirements via the quote form you'll find on most product pages on our site (or use the link at top right on any page).

We're more than happy to discuss the questions and options found in the quote form with you on the phone... but since that form is a checklist of what we need to determine before we can proceed regardless, we encourage you to review those questions and options before calling.

Step 2: Place Your Order

When you complete the quote process, you'll be provided with a reference code that you can use to place an order.

You can do that either by using the contact form on our site, via email or by phone (call 0508 33 44 77).

Note that you'll need to convey the quote reference number to our customer service personnel at the time you place your order. If you use our contact form, the quote reference will be included automatically.

Either way, it's always a good idea to confirm the details of your order with our staff and if you don't have that reference number, you'll need to repeat the specification process.

Step 3: Send your artwork

After the order is placed, you'll need to send us your print ready artwork. Please also note that your artwork must meet certain specifications. You can find those specifications detailed on the artwork and design page.

If you don't already have artwork, we do have a graphic designer available, who can (for a reasonable charge) produce artwork to a 'print ready' state.

Upon receipt of your artwork, we'll schedule your order for production and request payment. We accept all major credit cards and direct credit deposits. Production normally takes up to 5 business days form the date your artwork is approved, but if you need something faster, let us know and we'll do our best to help you out.
